As a financial professional with D.A. Davidson & Co., Michael Cung works closely with clients to help them make sense of today's investment environment and prepare for the future. Michael serves as Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor in D.A. Davidson's office in downtown Seattle.

He joined D.A. Davidson & Co. in May 1998 after working previously for another firm in the securities industry and in an earlier capacity as a mortgage loan officer. Since joining D.A. Davidson, Michael completed a rigorous educational program and has been promoted several times to reflect the strength of his work with clients. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Washington.

He and his wife, Amanda, have two young children. Away from the office, Michael is an avid golfer and also enjoys basketball, snowboarding and spending time with his family.

Mary Butler joined D.A. Davidson in January 2018. She prides herself on providing outstanding customer service and exceptional support to the team. Her skills include attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multi-task. She is excited to work in an industry where she can help clients with their financial needs. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Mary worked as a Financial Services Representative at Foresters Financial. She graduated from Western Washington University with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a finance concentration and a minor in accounting. Mary lives in Everett and enjoys reading and wine tasting in her spare time.

Karen joins us from her office in Texas. Her background includes 25 years of experience in the financial industry. She began her career with D.A. Davidson in March of 1997 through October of 2013. She has a broad knowledge of the industry focusing on operations with an extensive knowledge of working with and supporting Financial Advisors and their teams. Though she lives in Texas, she visits the Pacific Northwest often where her daughter, Bella, still resides.
